FYI & WARNINGS:
Each and every one of our products are hand made with love, which means colors and designs will vary. We listen to our customers feedback and we have adjusted our products to meet those standards. With that being said, we do use dyes and fragrance oils in addition to an abundance of moisturizing oils. Our products are extremely gentle; However, we do know that every person and skin type is different. That goes for adults as well as children. If you have concerns about dyes, fragrances, or any other ingredients, please contact us to let us know what you are looking for in your experience BEFORE you order so that we may help you choose the right product! We would be happy to place a custom order for you!
All products are intended for external use only.
Do not ingest.
Adult supervision is always required.
Tub may become slippery due to oils used to add moisturizing properties, so use caution when exiting.
Spot testing a small area is recommended. Discontinue use if irritation occurs & rinse with mild soap & cool water. If irritation persists, contact your physician.
Please speak with your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing before use.
Some products may stain some surfaces and material.
*please note that all deeply pigmented bath bombs have the potential to stick to residue on the surface of your tub. A clean tub is recommended before each use. Older tubs may experience discoloration over time due to their porous nature. To prevent this, always clean your tub with a cleaning agent after every bath. I do not recommend washing your hair if you are using a bath bomb. Some colors could stain light colored hair.
Some sprinkles or soap pieces may come off when you open your product. All embellishments are body safe and will dissolve in water. DO NOT EAT any part of the bath bomb or embellishments. Some products contain SLSA, a bubbling agent, and mica coloring that may be harsh on some skin types. Please use caution when using.
Please use within 6 months of purchase for best results.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations; however, please contact us if you have any issues with your order. As of January 1, 2019, Two Moms Bath Bombs, LLC no longer issues refunds or exchanges due to the nature of these products. Items are in perfect condition when shipped from our brick and mortar storefront, but we have no control over the shipment once placed in the hands of the USPS. From time of shipment, we are no longer responsible. If you are concerned about this, additional insurance may be added at customer expense BEFORE the order is submitted. In this instance, customer should contact us before placing the order. In some particular cases, we will allow items to be returned for a refund or partial refund, at customer expense, for return shipping, if we feel as though the damage was caused by something we may have done. IF YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT IS LISTED AS "IMPERFECT" WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND OR CREDIT FOR THIS ITEM REGARDLESS OF CONDITION RECEIVED. Two Moms Bath Bombs, LLC has the right to refuse refund. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to solve any issues you may have.
Orders are shipped through the USPS. A tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for a package shipped to the wrong address OR any damages caused during shipping! Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, there is nothing we can do about the way that they handle their packages.
Orders typically ship within three business days from the date of purchase. In some cases, shipment times may take longer than expected. If you need your order within a specific time frame or need to expedite your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This is not a guarantee. Customer is always responsible for all shipping charges. Any shipping overage paid by customer will be refunded.
We do our best to package all products in the best way for them to be protected. We are not responsible for any damaged items once in the hands of USPS, as they are in perfect condition when they are shipped. Please see return policy statement for more details.
